Infusionsoft Expert Campaign for Wealthy Visionary Conference of 2014
The Wealthy Visionary 2014 Conference was a multi-million dollar gross revenue event-campaign for our client Marcia Wieder. It was Marcia’s first multi-million dollar event-campaign and WyzGuy Consulting is proud to have fully supported Marcia Wieder’s Dream University during this important milestone in her company’s growth.
WyzGuy completely managed and delivered on all of the following:
Pre and post-event Infusionsoft expert marketing and sales campaigns.
Website development and Infusionsoft marketing integration requirements.
All automated online ordering and manual sales systems.
Affiliate and partner programs.
All order fulfillment.
Event Roster management.
Custom developed sales team tools.
Comprehensive reporting and business analytics.
One of the challenges with this project was maximizing the event “show up rate”. The “show up rate” is the ratio of attendees actually at the event versus tickets sold. WyzGuy supported the client in optimizing event attendance through the development of a custom Infusionsoft expert API tool. This custom tool gave an external sales team a simplified interface in order to effectively conduct direct marketing. WyzGuy also implemented Infusionsoft expert campaign automation, list segmentation and reporting to allow the client sales team to understand exactly who was coming, who could be up-sold to, and whom needed to be contacted next.
Event fulfillment was managed by WyzGuy through a variety of Infusionsoft expert marketing and sales strategies that included: automated engagement campaigns, direct event sales, bundled packages, VIP Upsells, partner promotions, “bring-a-friend” campaigns, and Google Hangouts. We also implemented our “special sauce” of customized ordering forms and automated follow-up sequences to engage prospects and further maximize the event “show up rate”. As a result of these and other pre-event marketing tactics not only was the “show up rate” fully optimized, but event attendees took their seats with an already high engagement factor. All of these strategies positively contributed to the “Back of the Room” sales and this project was a multi-million dollar success in large part due to these and other supportive campaign tactics implemented by WyzGuy Consulting.
